NAR-INDIA city affiliated association members are invited to join NAR-Global as an internationsal member in their individual capacity. There are three qualification guidelines in order to be accepted as an International Member of National Associational of Realtors – USA.

1. You must be a member in good standing with a local city association in India which is a member association of NAR-INDIA or been accepted by NAR-India under the member-at-large category.

2. You must have successfully passed the NAR-INDIA Real Estate Membership Entry Test (RE-MET). To appear for the test click here.

3. You must pay the Annual International Dues of US$50.00 to NAR-Global. As a new member there is an additional one time charge of US$30.00. (You will receive an invoice each year in order to maintain your membership). Please Note: These international dues are in addition to your local city and NAR-India national dues.
   

Benefits of International REALTOR^® Membership include:

1. Prestige. Individual membership in NAR and exclusive usage of the REALTOR^® logo, registration mark, and term REALTOR^®. The logo is known and respected world wide and can only be used by members of NAR.

2. Visibility. Increase your visibility and international netwoking opportunities with the inclusion of your name and address in the online database “Find an International REALTOR^®“ at http://www.realtor.org. This website is visited by more than one million users annually.

3. Information. Exclusive access to the members-only sites at http://www.realtor.org, including the “virtual library” and a directory of 850,000 members. You also will receive e-mails on international real estate news.

2. I am a member of the local city association which is a member of NAR-INDIA. Your local city membership number will have to be reported on the application form prior to forwarding the same to NAR-INDIA and NAR, USA

3. I understand that I must pay annual dues of US$50 to NAR, USA in order to maintain my status as a International Member of the National Association of REALTORS . USA.

4. I understand that I cannot use the term REALTOR^® or the REALTOR^® logo unless I am member in good standing with all three associations. Namely, my local city association + NAR-INDIA + NAR,USA.

5. I expressly consent to the use by NAR, USA of any information which is provided by me, on or in relation to any products, programs or services prepared or sponsored by NAR, including but not limited to print or electronic directories. I agree that such use by NAR, USA shall not constitute a violation of any privacy right established by local, state, federal or international law.

6. I understand that NAR, USA reserves the right not to renew my International REALTOR membership on an annual basis.
