Several Members of NAR-INDIA across the country have already been trained in various courses viz., |

| 1. Transnational Referral Course: |
 |
This course was conducted at Bangalore and was widely attended by members from all parts of the country. The course focused on providing the methodology for referring their clients to other brokers nationally and internationally, brokerage sharing aspects and related documentation. |

| 2. Real Estate Brokerage Management Course: |
 |
This course was delivered in 3 cities namely Pune, Bangalore and Delhi. Ms Gail Lyons of IRPF, Chicago delivered the course in all the three cities and it was a huge success . The course focused on international best practices on management of brokerage firms and documentation. |

| 3. Professional Valuation of Real Estate: |
 |
NAR-INDIA in association with USAID and IRPF conducted a course on Professional Valuation of Real Estate between 27th July 2009 to 12th August 2009 in 6 cities including Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune and Delhi. Over 500 real estate brokers attended the course and received international certification. The course was conducted by Mr.Gheorge Badescu, International Expert on Valuation. |
